• Expert Engagement Profiles: Company requirements, target engagement durations, operational skill needs, and contractual deployment expectations submitted through our project intake systems.

B. Automated Device & System Metadata

• Proctoring and Anti-Fraud Logs: System interactions, secondary window focus switches, peripheral device inputs, hardware identifiers, and browser-level configurations captured to flag external artificial intelligence utilities or malpractice during tests.
• Standard Analytics: IP addresses, browser types, localized time zones, and behavioral patterns logged securely via integrated tracking architectures.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data sharing is strictly restricted to functional, ecosystem-related channels:

• Employer-Candidate Bridging: When a job seeker validates their skills voluntarily or via employer mandate on JobManch.ai, their performance percentiles, resume summaries, and verified skill badges become visibly accessible to designated employers or marketplace curators looking for matches.
• Infrastructure Tech Sub-Processors: We transmit data fragments (such as texts or transcripts) to secure hosting frameworks and underlying LLM cloud infrastructure providers via encrypted API pipelines. These sub-processors are contractually bound to treat your data with equivalent structural safety.
• Legal & Statutory Mandates: We may disclose your information to law enforcement or statutory regulators if explicitly required under an official order or to prevent a cybersecurity incident.
